Spring break is time to break from the cold and have a glimpse of the approaching summer. Kids are out of school and we start to see the end of winter. If we're lucky enough to get away, we go lay on beach and feel the warmth of the sun and sand between our toes. For those of us stuck in Minnesota, spring break can still be a time to getaway.
Bring in a friend, March 26th - April 7th for our ultimate spa day package, the urban retreat and you'll both receive 20% off.
Begin the ultimate spa experience in our private Infrared Sauna. Next you'll retreat to a candle lit room where this treatment begins with a full body exfoliation with mineral salts to refresh and relax. Let stress and tension melt away during a Sabai Hot Stone Massage followed by a warm soothing body wrap. What follows is a retreat for the senses during our signature European Facial where your skin will be cleansed, gently exfoliated to remove dull surface cells and richly nourished with customized serums. An individualized mask will be applied for optimal results.
And join us, Saturday March 24th at 9 am for a complimentary yoga class, to start stripping away the stress of winter. Stay for coffee or tea and parooz our upstairs boutiques, where you'll find everything to freshen your home and wardrobe for the coming warm months. Everything from clothing to jewelry to pottery will be at your fingertips. Need a break from shopping?, our staff will be offering complimentary massage until 2pm.

"There are only two ways to live your life, one is as though nothing is a miracle, the other is as if everything is." Albert Einstein expressed so eloquently a life philosophy predicated upon gratitude and thankfulness.
In keeping with the tradition of giving thanks, We are thankful for all the wonderful people who allow us to share our life with them: family, friends, colleagues and clients (many of whom have become friends). We are extremely thankful for the privilege of having all of you in our lives.
When we view our relationships and our life through the eyes of gratitude and thankfulness, our inner world becomes a place of peace, joy, happiness and tranquility; it radiates out from our very core and influences our external reality.
Thankfulness puts us in a place where we truly want to give back to the world for all we have; it injects positive feelings into our relationships and allows them to expand from a place of love and abundance.
As the hustle and bustle of this holiday season begins, remember to express your thanks and gratitude to the people who make up the relationships with whom you share your life!
